Van Tracking

The van’s actual position is now marked in close-to-real-time on the Itinerary map. It could come in handy in case you want to dispatch a couple of Omaha Steaks to save us from yet another tuna-based meal ;-)

We also finally got the “Honk to be on the Internet” sticker up on the back. Given that people have already been honking at us (our van is sloooow,) it should add an interesting dynamic when we start to snap their pictures.

We barely stopped in NYC for a night. If the weather’s good tomorrow or Saturday in Boston, I’m taking it out. It’ll also come out in Chicago to ride with a friend of mine, so don’t worry. ;)

Hey, did you realize (that if your current position on the map is correct) that you could go see baba’s old aparment in NJ? You could also go to the beach. I hope you took the time to do these critical things.

Wait, you missed Scranton! How can you not visit the home of The Office? ;-)

Nah, I think we’re gonna head out early. Boston’s a 4-5 hour drive, so leaving after would be way too late. Give Obama our regards!
